Big Data, Tools, Algorithms and Challenges

A large amount of data is generated each day from various resources which contain structured and unstructured datatypes. Such extremely large-scale data is usually called big data. Analysis of massive data is a hot research area because extracting information at multiple levels is very valuable for decision making. This survey paper begins with some introduction to big data and continuous with its various applications. Also, some important analytic algorithms, big data tools, challenges and future research directions are discussed
