Community structure is a very important property of complex network. We proposed a simple and distributed method to extract the community structure of large network. Our suggested method is a heuristic method that is based on modularity optimization. There are many metrics to measure the quality of the communities detected by community detection algorithms. The main objective of this research is redesigning and implementing the Louvain method for discovering communities in complex networks, proposed by Blondel et al., 2008, by distributed approach.
