Nowadays, due to speed and accurate positioning parameters, mechanical behavior of linear guideways is highly importance. In this research, linear guideway vibration parameters manufactured by 150 mm rail length, were studied. This linear guideway, categorized in linear bearings, includes carriage, base, precise rails, and rolling elements. Vibration analysis was performed in a constant length and speeds of 23, 34.5 and 46 mm/s. Obtained results showed that the measured frequency is in bearings standard frequency range (0-1000 Hz). Also, the Root Mean Square (RMS) measurement results of manufactured linear guideway and two original linear guideways, as control samples, are in good agreement with each other.
