Poly-Carbonate has been extremely considered in different industries such as building, construction, automobile and aircraft industries. It has special features in transmitting light and its desired mechanical properties, but also has a weakness, that is, on one hand it is not resistant against scratch, on the other hand it can face with losing its transparency as a result of attempts to solve the above problem. This study concerns with the mechanical features like scratch and transparency behavior and mechanical properties of nano composites of polycarbonate (PC) reinforced by SiO2 and Al2O3 separately and also by hybrid of nano particles of both at two different temperatures of 250 C (environment temperature) and 1100 C (servicing temperature). Ultrasonic methods and the use of substances in silanes category has been used to improve the adaptability and desired dispersion of nano substances with the PC matrix.The results showed that high existence of particles of nano causes its haze of PC composite samples. The balance between transparency and mechanical features can be observed in hybrid condition.
