Comparison Between Components of Vernacular Architecture with Principles and Criteria of Ecological Design

پديده جهاني تغيير اقليم در دهه هاي اخير منجر به گرايش به رويكرد اكولوژيك در عرصه هاي مختلف از جمله معماري و شهرسازي شده است. معماري بومي بر اساس احترام به طبيعت و در ارتباط متقابل با زيستگاه شكل مي گيرد و در طول ساليان به طور تجربي تكامل مي يابد. بر همين اساس حاوي آموزه هايي ارزشمند براي طراحي هماهنگ با محيط طبيعي است، كه درخور بازشناسي و به كارگيري مجدد است. هدف اين مقاله شناخت راهكارهاي اكولوژيك معماري بومي است. اين پژوهش بر اين فرضيه استوار است، كه راهكارهاي معماري بومي تا حد زيادي با اصول زيست محيطي طراحي اكولوژيك مطابقت دارد. در راستاي بررسي فرضيه پژوهش و دستيابي به هدف تحقيق، با استفاده از روش تحليلي- توصيفي مفاهيم و مولفه هاي طراحي اكولوژيك و اصول و مباني معماري بومي در سطوح مختلف مورد مقايسه قرار مي گيرد و اصول مشترك آن ها شناسايي مي شود. بر اساس يافته هاي پژوهش، ويژگي هاي معماري بومي در چهار حوزه اصلي معماري شامل شيوه استقرار، ارتباط با اكوسيستم، روش طراحي و مصالح با اصول مورد نظر در طراحي اكولوژيك مطابقت دارد.

The global phenomena of climate change in recent decades has led to an ecological approach in various fields, including architecture and urbanization. Vernacular architecture is based on respect for nature and forms in interrelationship with habitat and empirically evolves over the years. Accordingly, it contains valuable teachings for designing in harmony with natural environment, which is desirable for recognition and re-use. The purpose of this paper is to identify ecological solutions of vernacular architecture. This research is based on the hypothesis that vernacular architecture approaches largely correspond to the environmental principles of the ecological design. In order to investigate the research hypothesis and achieve the purpose of the research, using the analytical-descriptive method, the concepts and components of ecological design and the principles of vernacular architecture are compared at different levels and their common principles are identified. According to research findings, the characteristics of vernacular architecture in four main areas of architecture, including deployment, communication with ecosystem, design, and materials are in line with the principles of ecological design.
