A review of the chemical structure of curcumin in turmeric and its anti-cancer effects

چكيده: بيان مسئله : استفاده از گياهان دارويي امروزه بسيار رو به افزايش است از جمله ادويه جات مختلف .كوكورمين يك رنگدانه زرد رنگ طبيعي است كه از ريزوم گياه زردچوبه جدا مي شود و اثرات درماني بسيار دارد از جمله خواص آنتي اكسيداني قوي وموجب شكستن مقاومت سلولهاي سرطاني در برابر داروهاي شيمي درماني ميگردد . هدف از اين مطالعه مرور خواص ضد سرطاني زردچوبه و معرفي آن بعنوان يك ادويه بسيار موثر با خواص درماني قابل توجه مي باشد. اهداف و روش تحقيق : در اين مطالعه مروري از چندين مقالات معتبر حاصل از جستجو در منابع الكترونيكي استفاده شد كه در آنها اثرات درماني ، آنتي باكتربالي و ضدسرطاني زردچوبه و تركيب مهم آن بنام كوكورمين بررسي شده بود و جنبه هاي مختلف درماني آن شرح داده شده بود. مهمترين يافته ها : آسيب شناسي بافت كبد اثرات محافظتي زردچوبه را مورد تاييد قرار داد كه مانع از ابتلا به كبد چرب ميشود. همينطور مانع فساد ميكروبي ماهي قزا آلا ميگردد. همينطور كوركومين داراي ويژگي محافظ پرتو ميباشد كه اين امر در مورد بافت بيضه موش صحرايي آزمايش شد.همينطور اثرات ضدسرطاني و آنتي اكسيداني آن و موارد درماني ديگر نيز كه در مقالات مروري مختلف مورد تاييد قرار گرفت . نتيجه گيري : نتايج بدست آمده نشان داد كه زردچوبه داراي خواص ضد اكسيداسيون LDL و حفاظت كننده سلولهاي كبدي است و خواص درماني قابل توجهي دارد و بعنوان مكمل غذايي و آنتي اكسيدان براي افراد ديابتيك و بيماران كبدي پيشنهاد ميشود.البته خواص ضد التهابي و ضد ميكروبي آنرا هم نبايد از نظر دور داشت. كلمات كليدي : زردچوبه ، كوركومين ، اثرات محافظتي و درماني ، آنتي باكتريال و آنتي اكسيداني

Abstract : Statement of the problem:To day, using of chemotherapy plants are been increased specially different spices.curcumin is natural yellow chromo which is detachmented from turmeric rhyzom that have several medicinal effects such as strong antioxidational properties that caused breaking resistance canser cells in front of chemical drugs . The purpose of this review and the introduction of anti-cancer properties of turmeric as a spice is very effective with significant health benefits. Goals and Methods: In this study, a review of several articles and validation of searching electronic resources in which the therapeutic effects of anti-bacterial and anticancer effects of turmeric and the compound is important as curcumin had been reviewed and aspects of treatment described Was given. The most important findings: Histopathology of the liver confirmed the protective effect of turmeric to prevent the development of fatty liver. As well as to prevent microbial spoilage of Salmon is a fish and curcumin have protection-ray particular that it has been proven for testicle rat,s tissue and the other medicinal case that have been authorized in several review articles. Results: the results said that turmeric have anti-oxidation LDL property and protection liver cells and have many medicinal properties. Then suggested as completed nutritious and anti-oxidizer for diabetics and liver disease . of course it should not be ignored its anti-oxidation and anti- inflammation properties.
