چكيده فارسي :
اين آزمايش به منظور بررسي اثر غلظت‌هاي مختلف BA بر افزونش شاخساره درون شيشه‌اي گياه زرشك بي‌دانه Berberis vulgaris var asperma در آزمايشگاه مركز تحقيقات و آموزش كشاورزي و منابع طبيعي فارس انجام گرفت. آزمايش در قالب طرح كاملا تصادفي با 4 تيمار (5/0، 1، 5/1 و 2 ) ميلي‌گرم در ليتر BA و هر تيمار با 4 تكرار انجام شد. بعد از حذف آلودگي‌هاي سطحي ريزنمونه‌‌ها با محلول قارچ‌كش 2 در هزار بنوميل به مدت 1 ساعت، الكل اتيليك 70 درصد به مدت 30 ثانيه و در نهايت محلول هيپو كلريت سديم 1 درصد به مدت 10 دقيقه، بر روي محيط كشت ((DKW حاوي تنظيم‌كننده‌هاي رشد فوق‌الذكر با 30 گرم در ليتر ساكارز و 1/2 گرم در ليتر فيتاژل به عنوان ماده ژله‌اي كننده قرار گرفتند. بعد از 4 هفته فاكتورهاي طول شاخساره اصلي، وزن تر شاخساره، تعداد شاخساره توليد شده و تعداد شاخساره رشد كرده يادداشت‌برداري شد. بهترين تيمار از نظر تعداد شاخساره توليد شده و تعداد شاخساره رشد كرده در غلظت 1 ميلي‌گرم در ليتر BA به عنوان تنظيم‌كننده رشد بدست آمد.

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of different concentrations of BA on the increase of in-shell shoots of Berberis vulgaris var asperma in Fars Laboratory of Agricultural and Natural Resources Research and Education. The experiment was conducted in a completely randomized design with four treatments (0.5, 1, 1.5 and 2) mg / L BA and each treatment with 4 replications.
