كوره از جمله مهمترين تجهيزات فرايندي است كه نقش افزايش گرما به سيالات فرايند را ايفا مي كند. در اين پروژه عملكرد كوره H-702و همچنين نقش آن در فرايند مورد بررسي قرار گرفه است جهت بهينه كردن عملكرد كوره و رسيدن به محصول با كيفيت .در واحد 700 پالايشگاه ابتدا ميعانات گازي از جريان خوراك جدا شده و سپس فشار بخار ميعانات گازي توسط دو برج دي اتانايزر و دي بوتانايزر تثبيت مي گردد كه در اينجا كوره H-701 و H-702 نقش ريبويلر هاي دو برج را ايفا مي كند .به منظور رسيدن به شرايط بهينه، واحد 700 با نرم افزار HYSYS شبيه سازي شد و محصولات خروجي برج دوم(DE Butanizer) مورد بررسي قرار گرفت و سپس با تغييرات انجام شده بهترين حالت ممكن براي كوره و برج بدست امد وسپس انرا با شرايط واحد 700 مقايسه كرده وتغييرات لازم را اعمال كرديم و به بهترين شرايط با توجه شرايط حال حاضر در واحد 700 و مشكلات عملياتي واحد دست پيدا كرديم .

In this project, the function of H-702 furnace as well as its role in the process studied is to optimize the operation of the furnace and reach a quality product. In order to achieve optimal conditions, the 700 unit was simulated with the HYSYS software and the tower outlet products The second (DE Butanizer) was examined and then, with the changes made, the best possible for furnace and tower, and then with the single condition of 700 We compared and made the necessary changes and achieved the best conditions according to the current situation in unit 700 and operational problems of the unit.
