تاثير ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي ﻛﺎرﻛﻨﺎن ادارة ﻛﻞ ورزش و ﺟﻮاﻧﺎن اﺳﺘﺎن كردﺳﺘﺎن . مظفر يكتا يار2و* شيلا فرهنگيان1 1- شيلا فرهنگيان، دانشجوي دكتراي مديريت ورزشي ، گروه تربيت بدني و علوم ورزشي، دانشكده علوم انساني، واحد سنندج، دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي، سنندج ، ايران 2- دكتر مظفر يكتايار، استاديار گروه مديريت ورزشي، دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد سنندج، سنندج، ايران myektayar@gmail.com* نويسنده مسئول: ﭼﻜﻴﺪه ﻫﺪف از اﻳﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي ﻛﺎرﻛﻨﺎن ادارة ﻛﻞ ورزش و ﺟﻮاﻧﺎن اﺳﺘﺎن كردﺳـﺘﺎن ﺑـﻮد. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﭘﻴﻤﺎﻳﺸﻲ و از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ اﺳﺖ . ﺟﺎﻣﻌﺔ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻛﺎرﻛﻨﺎن ادارة ﻛﻞ ورزش و ﺟﻮاﻧﺎن اﺳـﺘﺎن كردستان ( نفر60) ﺑﻮد. ﻛﻪ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﺔ آﻣﺎري ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ ﺟﺎﻣﻌـﺔ آﻣـﺎري اﻧﺘﺨـﺎب ﺷـﺪ. ابزار اﻧﺪازهﮔﻴﺮي ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﺔ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ رابينز {۱۹۸۷} و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي ﻋﺒﺪاﻟﻠﻬﻲ{۱۳۸۵} بود. رواﻳﻲ اﻳﻦ پرشسنامه ها را ده ﻧﻔﺮ از اﺳاتيد ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ ورزﺷﻲ ﺗﺄﻳﻴﺪ ﻛﺮدﻧﺪ و ﭘﺎﻳﺎﻳﻲ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻧﻴﺰ از ﻃﺮﻳﻖ آلفاي كرونباخ به ترتيب 92/0 و84 /0 ﺑﺮآورد شد. براي ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ داده ﻫﺎ از آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻـﻴﻔﻲ و اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﻲ (كولموگروف اسميرنوف، ضريب پيرسون و تحليل رگرسيون) استفاده شد. يافته ها نشان داد كه بين ﺳـﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ و ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪ ﺳﺎزي ﻛﺎرﻛﻨﺎن راﺑﻄـﺔ ﻣﻌﻜـﻮس و ﻣﻌﻨـﺎداري وﺟـﻮد دارد.هم چنين ﺳـﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ و اﺑﻌـﺎد آن ﺑـﺮ ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﻣﻨﻔﻲ ﺑﺮ ﺟﺎ ميﮔﺬارد . ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ يافته ها مي توان ﮔﻔﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﺑﺎ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﻣﺴـﻄﺢ ﺗـﺮ، ﭘﻴﭽﻴـﺪﮔﻲ و رﺳﻤﻴﺖ ﻛﻤﺘﺮ زﻣﻴﻨﺔ ﺑﺮوز ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪي ﻛﺎرﻛﻨﺎن را اﻳﺠﺎد ﻣﻲ ﻛﻨﺪ و ادارة ﻛﻞ ورزش و ﺟﻮاﻧﺎن اﺳﺘﺎن كردستان ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺑـﻪ اﻳـﻦ اﻣـﺮ ﺗﻮﺟه ويژه كند. كلمات ﻛﻠﻴﺪي ﻫﺎي ﭘﻴﭽﻴﺪﮔﻲ، ﺗﻤﺮﻛﺰ، ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي، رﺳﻤﻴﺖ، ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر

The research method is survey and correlation type. The statistical population of the research consisted of the staff of the General Administration of Sports and Youth in Kurdistan province (n = 60). . The statistical sample was selected as the statistical society. Measurement tool included Robbins organizational structure standard questionnaire {1987} and empowerment questionnaire Abdullahi {1385}. The validity of these questionnaires was confirmed by ten professors of sport management and the reliability of the questionnaires was estimated to be 0.92 and 0.84 through Cronbach s alpha, respectively. For analyzing the data, descriptive and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov Smirnov, Pearson coefficient and regression analysis) were used. The findings showed that between Organizational structure and employee empowerment have a reciprocal and meaningful relationship. Nevertheless, organizational structure and its dimensions affect empowerment. According to the findings, it can be said that the organization with a more flat structure, complexity and less formalization creates the ground for the incidence of employees empowerment, and the general administration of sport and youth of Kurdistan province should pay special attention to this.
