مراكز آموزش عالي نظامي، داراي نقشي راهبردي در توسعة توانمندي‌هاي حرفه‌اي نيروهاي مسلح هستند و نتايج عملكرد آن‌ها، تأثير حياتي در اعتبار و اقتدار اين نيروها دارد؛ از اين‌رو پايش عملكرد آن‌ها بر اساس الگوهاي نوين ارزيابي، همواره مورد توجه بوده است. هدف از اين تحقيق، ارزيابي عملكرد پژوهشي يك دانشگاه نظامي از طريق ارزيابي واحدهاي آن با روش تحليل پوششي داده‌هاست؛ بدين منظور، شاخص‌هاي معتبر و در دسترس دانشگاه، با استفاده از ادبيات موجود و نظرات خبرگان، احصاء و جهت تركيب و نيل به شاخص‌هاي كلان، به‌وسيلة فرآيند تحليل سلسله مراتبي، موزون شدند؛ پس از آن، با استفاده از مدل تحليل پوششي داده‌ها، اطلاعات مرتبط با شاخص‌هاي كلان در 4 واحد تصميم‌گيري تحليل گرديده و واحدهاي كارا با مدل اندرسون-پيترسون رتبه‌بندي شدند. پژوهش حاضر ماهيتي توصيفي داشته، از نظر هدف كاربردي و به لحاظ روش تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها، كمّي است. نتايج اين پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه همه واحدهاي مورد ارزيابي در وضعيت كاراي قوّي قرار دارند. هم‌چنين تحليل اطلاعات با مدل اندرسون-پيترسون نيز نشان داد كه معاونت پژوهش دانشگاه رتبه اول، دانشكده «ب»، رتبه دوم و دانشكده‌هاي «الف» و «ج» نيز در رتبه سوم كارايي قرار دارند.

Military education centers have a strategic role in developing the professional capabilities of the armed forces and their performance results have a vital impact on the credibility and authority of these forces. Therefore, monitoring their performance based on new assessment models has always been considered. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the research performance of a military university through the evaluation of its units by the method of data envelopment analysis; for this purpose, valid and available indices of the university, using available literature and experts opinions, the indicators and the direction for combining and achieving the macro indicators Were analyzed by hierarchical analysis process; then, using the data envelopment analysis model, the information related to the macro indicators was analyzed in 4 decision units and the effective units were ranked with the Anderson-Peterson model. The present study has a descriptive nature, it is in terms of its purpose and in terms of the method of data analysis. The results of this research show that all units under evaluation are in a strong state of affairs. The analysis of data with the Anderson-Peterson model also showed that the first vice president of research at the University of First Class, Faculty B, the second rank and the faculties A and C also ranked third in efficiency.
