ارايه مدلي براي ارزيابي ميزان آمادگي سازمان ها در استقرار سيستم (ERP) بر مبناي برنامه ريزي استراتژيك

Providing a Model for Evaluating Organizations Readiness Rate at Establishment (ERP) System Based on Strategic Planning

امروزه با توجه به پيشرفت فناوري اطلاعات، سازمان‌ها براي باقي ماندن درصحنه‌ي رقابت نياز مبرم به استفاده از تكنولوژي و سيستم‌هاي مدرن دارند، ازآنجاكه پيشرفت‌هاي زيادي در سيستم‌هاي سازماني داشته‌ايم و با تعدد سيستم‌هاي مختلف مواجه هستيم، وليكن از ميان آنها سيستم‌هاي برنامه‌ريزي منابع سازمان (ERP) در مقايسه با سيستم‌هاي ديگر از برتري قابل‌توجهي برخورداراست. اين سيستم به‌عنوان يكي از قدرتمندترين سيستم‌ها كه نقش آن را در يكپارچگي اطلاعات، تسريع گردش آن در سازمان، افزايش بهره‌وري، كاهش هزينه‌ها و افزايش سطح خدمت‌رساني به مشتريان نمي‌توان انكار كرد، با توجه به وجود چنين مزاياي بالقوه‌اي متأسفانه مطالعات و بررسي‌ها حاكي از اين مي‌باشد كه تقريباً بسياري از سازمان‌ها در سطح دنيا به‌ويژه در داخل نيز با چالش‌هاي زيادي در پياده‌سازي آن مواجه شده هستند؛ بنابراين قبل از استقرار چنين سيستم باارزشي لازم است به ميزان آمادگي سازمان در تمامي ابعاد آگاهي پيدا كرد. ما در اين تحقيق به دنبال ارايه‌ي راه‌حل كاربردي براي حمايت از سازمان‌ها در استقرار مناسب اين سيستم بوديم، بدين‌جهت ابتدا به‌مرور مدل‌هاي پيشين پرداخته و سپس مدل جامعي را براي ارزيابي ميزان آمادگي سازمان ارايه كرديم تا بتوانيم كمك شاياني به سازمان‌ها در كاهش ضريب شكست و موفقيت در استقرار سيستم (ERP) داشته باشيم.

Today, with the advancement of information technology, organizations need to take advantage of modern technology and systems to remain competitive. As we have seen many improvements in enterprise systems and we face a large number of different systems, but among them, enterprise resource planning systems Compared to other systems, it has a remarkable advantage. It can not be denied as one of the most powerful systems that its role in integrating information, expediting its circulation in the organization, increasing productivity, reducing costs and increasing the level of service to customers, given the potential for such benefits. Unfortunately, studies have shown facing many organizations around the world, especially within the country, with many challenges in its implementation; therefore, before establishing such a valuable system, it is necessary to be aware of the readiness of the organization in all its dimensions. In this research, we sought to provide a solution to the support of organizations in the proper implementation of the system, so firstly we looked at previous models and then presented a comprehensive model for assessing the organizations readiness, so that we could help organizations to reduce the failure rate and success in the establishment of the (ERP) system.
