بررسي رابطه عناصر سيستم بهنگام ( توليد بهنگام و خريد بهنگام ) با توليد چابك و تاثير آن بر عملكرد مالي شركتهاي توليدي استان خوزستان

Investigation of effect of elements of JIT system on agile manufacturing and financial performance in manufacturing firm of Khuzestan

اين پژوهش در شركتهاي توليدي استان خوزستان با عنوان بررسي تاثير عناصر سيستم بهنگام بر توليد چابك و عملكرد مالي شركت انجام گرفته است مدل اين تحقيق شامل عناصر اوليه سيستم بهنگام خريد بهنگام و توليد بهنگام به عنوان پيشگامي براي توليد چابك و عملكرد مالي به عنوان نتيجه توليد چابك است اين مدل از داده‌هاي جمع‌آوري شده از مديران مالي و توليدي و كارشناسان مرتبط كارخانه‌هاي توليدي استان خوزستان استفاده مي‌كند اين مدل از طريق يك روش مدل‌سازي معادلات ساختاري ارزيابي شده است و همچنين به منظور تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از نرم افزار SPSS و LISREL استفاده گرديد نتايج تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها نشان مي‌‌دهد كه بكارگيري عناصر سيستم به‌هنگام بر توليد چابك تاثير مثبت و معناداري دارد همچنين بكارگيري خريد به هنگام و توليد چابك بر عملكرد مالي تاثير مثبت و معناداري دارد اما بكارگيري توليد بهنگام بر عملكرد مالي تاثير مثبت و معناداري ندارد

This research has been carried out in Khuzestan province s manufacturing companies as the study of the effect of timely system elements on agility production and financial performance of the company The model of this research includes the early elements of a timely system timely purchase and timely production as a pioneer for agility production and financial performance as a result of agile production This model uses data collected from financial and production managers and related experts of Khuzestan producing factories The model was evaluated using a structural equation modeling method and SPSS and LISREL software were used to analyze the data The results of data analysis show that the use of system elements has a positive and significant effect on agile production Also the use of time consuming and agile production has a positive and significant effect on financial performance but there is no positive and significant effect on the use of timely production on financial performance
