استفاده از قصه، حكمتها، ادبيات و استعاره‌ها نقش موثري در انتقال مفاهيم علمي به ويژه در علوم اجتماعي با رويكرد تفسيرگرايي دارد. پديده‌ها و مفاهيم مديريتي را مي‌توان با بهره‌گيري از اين رويكرد، قابل فهم و تبيين نمود. بنابراين استفاده از مفاهيمي كه مبتني بر فرهنگ جامعه اسلامي و تعاليم ديني باشد، درك عميق‌تري را به همراه خواهد داشت. در همين راستا مقاله حاضر با هدف معرفي استعاره تلاوت، بررسي مفهوم ديني آن، انطباق با موضوعات علم سازمان و مديريت و با روش تحليل متون به نگارش در آمده است كه در پايان زمينه‌هاي تئوريك مرتبط و توصيه‌هاي كاربردي و مديريتي نيز ارائه گرديده است.

The use of stories, wisdom, literature, and metaphors plays an effective role in the transfer of scientific concepts, especially in the social sciences, with an interpretive approach.Phenomena and management concepts can be understood and explained using this approach.Therefore, the use of concepts based on the culture of Islamic society and religious teachings will have a deeper understanding.In this regard, the present article aims to introduce the Telavat metaphor, its religious concept, its adaptation to the subjects of the science of organization and management, and the method of analyzing texts. In the end, the related theoretical areas and practical and managerial recommendations are presented
