Assessment of readiness of knowledge management system implementation in Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization of Kerman

پژوهش حاضر به دنبال ارزيابي آمادگي پياده سازي سيستم مديريت دانش در سازمان ميراث فرهنگي، صنايع دستي و گردشگري شهر كرمان مي باشد. اين تحقيق با توجه به تقسيم بندي تحقيقات علمي از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از لحاظ شيوه گردآوري داده ها، از نوع توصيفي پيمايشي مي باشد؛ جامعه مورد پژوهش كاركنان سازمان ميراث فرهنگي، صنايع دستي و گردشگري شهر كرمان به تعداد 180 نفر بوده كه بر اساس جدول مورگان نمونه اي به حجم 118 نفر به طور تصادفي از بين آنان انتخاب و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزارهاي مورد استفاده در اين پژوهش عبارتند از : اطلاعات و مدارك موجود و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته ارزيابي آمادگي براي پياده سازي سيستم مديريت دانش ، با روايي محتوايي و پايايي 0.963. داده ها به كمك نرم افزار SPSS و با استفاده از روش هاي آمار توصيفي و استنباطي تجزيه و تحليل شدند و نتايج نشان داد كه اين سازمان در زمينه هر يك از مؤلفه هاي آمادگي براي پياده سازي سيستم مديريت دانش شامل: فرهنگ، ساختار سازماني، زيرساخت فناوري اطلاعات، رهبري و استراتژي، مديريت تغيير و مديريت دانش از وضعيت نسبتا مطلوبي برخوردار است.

The present study seeks to assess the readiness of the implementation of the knowledge management system at the Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization of Kerman. This research is applied in terms of the purpose of the research into the classification of scientific research and is a descriptive survey in terms of data collection method; The survey population is 180 employees of the Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization of Kerman. Based on the Morgan table, a sample of 118 individuals was randomly selected from among them. The tools used in this research are: available information and documents and a researcher-made questionnaire to assess the readiness for implementation of the KM system with content validity and reliability of 0.963. Data were analyzed by SPSS software using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results showed that the organization was prepared for implementation of KM system including culture, organizational structure, infrastructure Information technology, leadership and strategy, change management and knowledge management have a relatively good status.
