Factors affecting formation of specialized date's cooperatives a Case Study

سياست هاي توسعه اقتصادي هر كشوري بنا به موقعيت و اهداف آن متفاوت مي باشد در كشورهاي توسعه يافته روش هاي اقتصاد مختلفي به منظور انجام فعاليت هاي اقتصادي همزمان يا در زمان هاي متفاوت متناسب با موضوع خاص تعاوني بررسي شده است تعاوني تخصصي يك برنامه جديد متناسب با نياز ويژه اعضا با هدف معين روي عمليات مشخص متمركز مي باشد. در كشور ما به منظور اجرايي كردن اصل 44 قانون اساسي با هدف يكپارچه سازي و مديريت هماهنگ و منسجم كل زنجيره اقتصادي توليد محصول كشاروزي واگذاري امور تصدي گري به تشكل ها طرح تشكيل تعاوني ها و اتحاديه تخصصي تهيه و تدوين گرديد در اين پژوهش به منظور ارزيابي عوامل موثر در تشكيل تعاوني هاي تخصصي خرماي استان فارس تشكيل تعاوني با گويه هاي اهداف طرح و مشاركت مردم با مفاهيم انگيزه و هدف دست اندركاران محصول خرما درعضويت در تعاوين تخصصي مورد بررسي قرار گرفت روش هاي مورد استفاده مشاهدات اسنادي و بررسي هاي ميداني همراه با مشاركت پويا و مشاهده مستقيم پهنانگر و پيمايشي بود جامعه آماري به روش همه شماري 120 نفر از اعضا و مدير عاملان تعاوني ها عضو اتحاديه تخصصي خرما شامل: تعاوني هاي شهرستان جهرم فراشبند كازرون و لارستان بود. نتايج پژوهش و آزمون هاي رگرسيون و تحليل واريانس نشان داد كه آگاهي و مشاركت اعضا در تصميم گيري و تشكيل تعاوني و مشوق هاي اجتماعي به ترتيب اهميت در تشكيل تعاوني و اتحاديه تخصصي موثر بودند؛ هم چنين ارزيابي خوب اعضا از عمل مسئولين به توافقنامه سه جانبه و تشكيل شوراي ساماندهي و درنتيجه ايجاد مديريت هماهنگ و يكپارچه و منسجم كل زنجيره اقتصادي خرما در افزايش انگيزه و مشاركت آنان بسيار موثر مي باشد.

Economic development policy in different countries varies based on their special situation and goals. In developed countries, a wide range of various methods have been accomplished to mobilize economic activities simultaneously or in different times and in relation to specific field of cooperatives. Formation of Specialized Cooperatives is new programs that, proportional to specific requirements of the members, concentrate on special operations with determined purpose. In our country, in order to put the Article 44 of the constitution into action aiming to achieve coordinated management and integration of total agricultural production chain, together with entrusting economic businesses to related institutes, Gary Game Plan and the Cooperative unio‎n were set and established. In this study to evaluate factors affecting formation of specialized date's cooperatives in Fars province, focus was made on the cooperative formation with goals and participation showed by staff and members in specialized cooperatives was. Methods used include documentary observations and field reviews with all direct and dynamic partnership. The statistical population was all 120 members and executive managers of cooperatives involved in the Date unio‎n including Cooperatives of Jahrom, Farashband, Kazeroun and Larestan. Test results, regression outcomes, and analysis of variances showed that the knowledge and participation of members in decision making and formation of cooperatives, and social incentives to cooperative, were effective on formation. Moreover, sound evaluation of managers by the members regarding tripartite agreement and Council of Organization and consequent creation of a coordinated, integrated and coherent management of the whole economic chain of date's production seems very effective in increasing their motivation and participation.
