ضرورت آموزش هاي كارآفرينانه براي اعضاي تعاوني هاي كشاورزي

Necessity of Entrepreneurial Training for Members of Agricultural Cooperatives

شركتهاي تعاوني از مشاركت افراد هم صنف با هدف جلوگيري از كارفرمايي مطلق دولت، اشغال زايي، پيشگيري از انحصار و احتكار و تورم و... تشكيل مي شوند. علي رغم اهميت و جايگاه مهم تعاونيها در بخشهاي مختلف از جمله كشاورزي، نتايج بررسي ها نشان مي دهد بخش عمده اي از تعاونيهاي تشكيل شده غير فعال بوده و در رسيدن به اهداف تعيين شده از موفقيت چنداني برخوردار نبوده اند. به نظر مي رسد اعضاي اين تعاونيها نياز به پشتيباني و توانمندسازي دارند . هدف اين مقاله بررسي ضرورت تقويت كارآفريني تعاونيهاي بخش كشاورزي و ارائه راهكارهاي در اين راستا بود. براي رسيدن به اين هدف از روش مطالعه كتابخانه اي با استفاده از پايگاههاي آنلاين، آفلاين و منابع مكتوب استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه آموزش هاي كارآفرينانه به اعضاي تعاوني ها موجب افزايش خلاقيت و نوآوري و مخاطره پذيري انه ا مي شود. اين آموزشها همچنين موجب موفقيت و افزايش كارايي تعاوني هاي كشاورزي نيز مي گردند. همچنين افزايش اعتماد به نفس اعضا از ديگر نتايج حاصل از اين آموزش ها مي باشد. همچنين مشخص شد كه اين آموزشها موجب افزايش خلاقيت ذهني و جامعه گرايي اعضاي تعاوني ها مي شوند. از ديگر نتايج حاصل از آموزش هاي كارآفرينانه بر اعضاي تعاوني ها مي توان از افزايش شهامت و اميدواري اعضاي تعاونيها نام برد.

Cooperatives are formed to converge and organize the people with the same aim for employment generation and to prevent absolute government incumbency, monopoly and speculation, inflation, etc. Despite the significance of cooperatives in different parts of agriculture, the results show that many cooperatives are inactive in setting their goals and hence, did not realize much success. It seems that cooperatives' members need to have support and empowerment. The purpose of this article is to investigate the need for strengthening entrepreneurship and agricultural cooperatives in providing solutions in this regard. To achieve this objective, library databases, online, offline and written sources were used. The results show that entrepreneurial training for members of cooperatives increased creativity besides their innovation and their ability to overtake risks. The training schedules would also increase success and efficiency of agricultural cooperatives. Self-confidence of members also lies within the results of this training. Also, it is indicated that the training has increased mental creativity and social convergence morale among cooperatives members. Increased courage and hope in the members of cooperatives are considered as other results that achieved in entrepreneurial training of cooperative members,
