Role of Information Systems in Planning Process of Cooperatives Education

تقريباً تمام صاحبنظران معتقدند كه طراحي و اجراي فناوري هاي پيشرفته اطلاعات و ارتباطات در برنامه هاي توسعه پايدار اقتصادي و سياسي كشورها نقش مهمي ايفاء مي كند. تهيه شده است نگارندگان با «نقش سيستم هاي اطلاعاتي در تدوين برنامه آموزش تعاوني ها » در مقاله حاضر كه تحت عنوان ارائه مباحثي در خصوص: تعريف اطلاعات، سيستم هاي اطلاعات و انواع آن، شيوه هاي جمع آوري اطلاعات، نقش اطلاعات و سعي دارند ضمن بيان تاريخچه نهضت e- learning، پژوهش در برنام هريزي آموزشي، تصميم گيري، ارزيابي اثربخشي آموزش تعاون و جايگاه تعاونيها در كشور، نقش سيستم هاي اطلاعاتي را در تدوين برنام ه آموزش تعاوني ها را نيزكه امروزه در عداد مؤسسات اقتصادي، اجتماعي خودجوش و مؤثر در توسعه همه جانبه كشورها به شمار مي روند را تبيين نموده و توجه سياست گذاران بخش تعاون كشور را به اين موضوع معطوف دارند.

Almost all connoisseurs agree that designing and implementing advanced Information and Communication Technology would play an authentic role in sustainable development plans in political and economic fields. This survey focuses on appraisal of “Information Systems in Educational Planning for Cooperatives”. It also emphasizes on particular definitions on Information, types of information systems, methods of information collection, role of information and research in educational planning, decision-making, education impact assessment, and elearning. This study aims at elaborating the history of cooperative movement and its position at national scale, followed by recognizing the role of ICT tools in planning process of cooperative education. Cooperatives are accounted for eminent, self- reliant, and effective socio-economic institutions which deserve incredible contribution to poly-dimensional development of the countries. All such discussions are to draw policy-makers attentions to cooperative sector.
