Application of MIL-53(Al) Metal Organic Framework for Solid-Phase Microextraction of Propranolol from Real Samples and Analysis by Ion Mobility Spectrometery

در اين پژوهش ابتدا چارچوبهاي آلي فلزي - (MIL-53(Al تهيه و مشخصه يابي شد سپس قابليت آن به عنوان جاذب جهت استخراج داروي پروپرانولول مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفت. سپس اثر عوامل موثر بر راندمان استخراج مانند pH محلول نمونه، اثرنمك ، سرعت هم زدن نمونه، دما و زمان مورد بررسي و بهينه سازي قرار گرفت. پس از آن ويژگيهاي تجزيه اي مرتبط با روش، مانند دقت، خطي بودن و حد تشخيص روش تحت شرايط بهينه مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفتند. ناحيه خطي، حد تشخيص و دقت روش، به ترتيب بين 5تا 200 ميكروگرم بر ليتر، 1.3 ميكروگرم بر ليتر و بين 4تا 7% به دست آمدند. نهايتا روش ارايه شده به منظور اندازه گير پروپرانولول در نمونه هاي پلاسماي خون و ادرار به كار گرفته شد. مقادير بازيابي نسبي بين 78 تا 105 % براي نمونه هاي حقيقي مختلف محاسبه گرديد.

In this study, metal-organic frameworks, MIL-53(Al) was prepared and characterized and then evaluated as an adsorbent for extraction of propranolol. The effect of experimental parameters on the extraction efficiency such as pH of the sample solution, salting-out effect, the stirring rate of the sample, temperature and time was investigated and optimized. Subsequently, the analytical performances associated with the method, such as linear dynamic range, precision and the detection limit of the method, were evaluated under optimal conditions. The linear range detection limit and the precision of the method were obtained as 5-200 μg/L, 1.3 μg/L and 4-7%, respectively. Finally, the proposed method was used to measure propranolol in blood and urine samples. The relative recovery values of 78 to 105% were calculated for different real samples
