Extension of Scrum Method to Design and Generate Electronic Business Systems

با گرايش سازمان ها و شركت هاي بزرگ به سمت تراكنش هاي آنلاين و تسريع رشد تجارت الكترونيكي و ورود به اقتصاد جهاني، خدمات الكترونيكي فراهم كننده آنها بايد مورد توجه بيشتري قرار گيرد. متدولوژي هاي چابك براي توسعه و پياده سازي سيستم هاي تجارت الكترونيكي،به منظور تسريع پاسخ گويي به نيازهاي بازار، جلب رضايت مشتريان و كيفيت بالاي نرم افزار، به منظور ساخت و ارزيابي پروژه ها مفيد هستند. باتوجه به انواع متدولوژي هاي چابك، انتخاب مناسبترين متد براساس نيازهاي سازمان يا پروژه دشوار است. مهندسي متد، شامل روش ها و مقررات مهندسي با هدف طراحي، ساخت و تطبيق متدها، ابزارها و تكنيك هايي براي توسعه سيستمهاي اطلاعاتي مي باشد. رايجترين زيرمجموعه در مهندسي متد، مهندسي متد موقعيتي است كه هدف اصلي آن، ساخت يا تطابق متدي است كه مناسب با پروژه دردست انجام باشد. مهندسي متد موقعيتي، بر ايجاد متدها و ابزاري تمركز مي كند تا به جاي جستجو براي متدهاي كاربردي عمومي، امكان ايجاد متدهايي مختص هر پروژه را فراهم نمايند. اين مقاله با استفاده از مهندسي متد موقعيتي مبتني بر توسعه، به تعميم متدهاي چابك براساس نيازمندي ها، براي كاربردهاي تجارت الكترونيكي ميپردازد. به همين منظور پس از انتخاب متد چابك پايه، نيازمندي هاي خاص تجارت الكترونيكي بررسي شده و الگوهاي مرتبط با نيازمندي ها جمع آوري شد. در نهايت با بررسي و انتخاب الگوهاي مناسب، متد چابك پايه مورد نظر به منظور كاربردهاي تجارت الكترونيكي توسعه داده شد.

With the trend of organizations and big corporates towards online transactions and acceleration of electronic business growth and entrance to global market, the electronic service of their provider shall be paid attention more. Agile methodologies for extension and implementation of electronic business systems are applicable/useful to hasten the replication to market requirements (time to market), getting customers’ satisfaction and high quality of software in order to construction and evaluation of projects. Regarding to the types of agile methodologies, it is difficult to choose the most proper method based on the requirements of organization or project. Method engineering contains procedures and engineering regulations with the purpose of design, construction and adjustment of methods, tools and techniques for extension of information systems. The most common subset in method engineering is situational method engineering that its main goal is to make or accommodate a method which suits best to the in progress project. Situational method engineering focuses on making methods and tools that instead of looking for general applicable methods, it provides possibility to make methods specific for each project. In this paper, it is tried to generalize agile methods on the basis of requirements for electronic business applications by using situational method engineering based on extension. For this purpose after selection of basic agile method, the special requirements of electronic business were investigated and the patterns relevant to requirements were collected. Finally, by examination and selection of appropriate patterns, the considered basic agile method was extended for electronic business applications.
