چكيده فارسي :
امروزه سازمان ها دريافته اند كه دانش منبع اساسي قدرت بوده و كسب اقتدار در جهان، نيازمند توليد دانش و مديريت آن است.. اجراي موفق مديريت دانش در سازمان هاي پروژه محور باتوجه به ماهيت متفاوتشان با ديگر سازمان ها، نيازمند شناسايي عناصر اثرگذار بر استقرار آن مي باشد. هدف اين پژوهش شناسايي عناصر موثر بر استقرار مديريت دانش در سازمان هاي پروژه محور بوده و عناصر اثرگذار باتوجه به ادبيات و تحقيقات پيشين شناسايي شد. در اين مطالعه، تيم تصميم شامل تعدادي از مديران ارشد و پروژه يكي از سازمان هاي پروژه محور بوده كه نظرات آنها از طريق پرسشنامه جمع آوري و تحليل شد. نتايج نشان مي دهد كه 10 عنصر اصلي شامل: مديريت ارشد، مديريت مياني، فرهنگ، زيرساخت هاي سازماني، مديريت منابع انساني، بهبود مستمر، معماري مديريت دانش، زيرساخت هاي فني، انگيزش و مديريت پروژه سازماني بر استقرار مديريت دانش در سازمان هاي پروژه محور، داراي اهميت هستند.
چكيده لاتين :
Today, the organizations have perceived that knowledge is the principal resource of power and, thus,
gaining authority in the world requires production and management of knowledge. Successful
implementation of knowledge management in the project-based organizations, regarding their different
nature compared to the other organizations, requires identification of the factors affecting its
establishment. The present research aimed to identify the elements affecting the establishment of
knowledge management in the project-based organizations and, accordingly, the effective elements were
identified with regard to the research literature. In this study, the decision team included some of the
senior managers and project managers of one of the project-based organizations whose ideas were
collected and analyzed using questionnaire. The results show that 10 principal factors, including top
management, executive management, culture, organizational infrastructures, human resource
management, continuous improvement, knowledge management architecture, technical infrastructures,
motivation, and organizational project management, are of great importance in the establishment of
knowledge management in the project-based organizations.
