Mathematical modeling for simultaneous scheduling of machines and vehicles in flexible manufacturing system with two-stage transport

زمان بندي ماشين ها و وسائل حمل ونقل دو موضوع مهم و ضروري در بهروري از سيستم توليد است. بهينه سازي كلي سيستم توليد با جداگانه در نظر گرفتن اين دو مسئله حاصل نمي شود. هدف اين تحقيق مطالعه همزمان مسئله زمان بندي ماشين ها و وسايل حمل و نقل در سيستم توليد كارگاهي با هدف كمينه كردن حداكثر زمان تكميل كارها (Makespan) است كه براي افزايش راندمان سيستم حمل ونقل مواد ايده جديدي براي اولين بار پيشنهاد شده است. در اين ايده به جاي حمل ونقل تك مرحله اي از حمل ونقل دو مرحله اي نيز مي توان استفاده كرد. انتقال كار بين دو ماشيني كه عمليات متوالي يك كار را پردازش مي كنند در حمل ونقل تك مرحله اي بدون بريدگي ولي در حمل ونقل دو مرحله اي با يك بريدگي انجام مي شود، يعني حمل ونقل، متوقف و در زماني ديگر و حتي شايد با يك وسيله حمل ونقل ديگر ادامه پيدا كند. مدل برنامه ريزي خطي آميخته با اعداد صحيح براي مسئله ارائه شده است. به دليل زمان بر بودن حل مدل با استفاده از برنامه ريزي رياضي، يك روش فرا ابتكاري (شبيه سازي تبريد) نيز براي حل تقريبي آن در زمان قابل قبول پيشنهاد شده است. در پايان نتايج براي مسائل نمونه استاندارد موجود در ادبيات موضوع محاسبه شده است

Amin fallah, Mohsen ziaee ABSTRACT Scheduling of machines and vehicles are two important subjects in the efficiency of the overall manufacturing systems. The general improvement in the manufacturing systems will not be materialized with solitary study of these subjects. The objective of this article is to minimize the makespan by simultaneous study on the scheduling of machines and vehicles of the flexible manufacturing system, which is a new idea proposed for the first time to increase the efficiency of material handling system. This idea permits the twostage transport besides the one-step transport. The one-step transport is done without any preemption between two consecutive process operations and the two-stage transport is done with a preemption between two consecutive process operations. the model of linear programming mixed with integer is proposed for the problem. Because of taking too much time for solving the model by using the mathematical program, a metaheuristic (simulated Annealing) way is suggested for solving it at the proper time. At the end, the results are tested on standard problems in literature
