In this paper, a new approach is investigated for designing closed loop supply chains, where the material and components are moving in every two ways and includes multiple plants and perishable products. It is supposed that customers demand is an uncertain scenario based parameter. To this aim, we consider the relationship between the supply chain members as a fractal and propose a linear model to maximize the profit and responsibility. To validate the developed approach and probing the impact of participants trustworthiness, forecasting the return and repairable ratios of returned products, simulations are conducted. The results of the simulations indicate that our approach can be useful in generating precise production plans and considering participants trustworthiness and forecasting products return ratio is crucial.
