In this paper we apply wavelet collocation method for solving the Pennes bioheat transfer
equation which models the thermal behavior of the living tissue. The Daubechies compactly
supported wavelets are used to construct multiresolution analysis (MRA). The numerical results
represents that the proposed method is effective.
