سنتز تلوريد كادميم نانو ساختار به روش ساده سلوترمال

Synthesis of CdTe nanostructure by a simple solvothermal route

درچند سال گذشته آماده سازي و بررسي نانو تركيبات نيمه رساناي گروه Viو II به دليل پتانسيل بالاي آنها د ركاربردهاي الكترو - نوري همچون سلول خورشيدي و شناساگرها ، تئجه بسياري به خود جلب نموده است. در تحقيق حاضر نانو ذرات كروي و نانو بلت تلوريد كادميم با ساختار مكعكبي در دماي متوسط 180 درجه سانتيگراد به روش سلوترمال سنتز شد و تاثير حضور حلال هاي اتيلن ديامين و اتانول آمين بر مورفولوژي و اندازه كريستالي تلوريد كادميم بدست آمده بررسي و گزارش شد. نانو بلت تلوريد كادميم با ضخامت متوسط 70 نانو متر و طول چند ميكرومتر و همچنين نانو ذرات تلوريد كادميم با ابعادي حدود 50 نانو متر حاصل شد. ساختار ، مورفولوژي و خواص نوري ذرات حاصل به كمك XRD و FE-SEM وUV-Visible spectroscopy مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان داد كه حلال نقش مهمي در شكل و مورفولوژي محصولات بازي مي كند

The preparation and characterization of II – IV nanoscale compound semiconductors have cause much attention in the past several years due to their great potential in many optoelectronic applications such as solarcell and detector. CdTe spherical nanoparticles and nanobelts with cubic structure are synthesized via a simple solvothermal method at a moderate temperature of =>?oC and the influence of introducing ethylenediamine and ethanolamine as the solvents, on the morphology and crystallite size of the obtained CdTe are investigated and reported. CdTe nanobelts with a mean thickness of @? nm, length of few micrometers and CdTe spherical nanoparticles with size less than =A nm are synthesized.The morphology, phase and the optical properties of products are studied using X-ray diffraction, FE-SEM and UV–visible absorption spectroscopy. Results show that the solvent plays a key role in morphology and shape of products.
