Enhancing teachers’ creativity in classroom setting is a concerning issue. Various factors may influence the teachers’ tendency to perform in creative manner. Organizational support is the degree that an organization values employees’ contribution and collaboration. This paper aims to investigate the relationship between organizational support and creativity in Educational settings. Population of this study was 120 Iranian English teachers from Ahvaz educational organization. Data gathered using employee creativity questionnaire by Zhou and George (2001) and perceived organizational support by Rhoades Eisenberger (2002). Reliability and validity of questionnaires were confirmed. Data was analyzed using Spearman correlation. It was found that there is a significant relationship between organizational support and employee creativity. Hence, Organizational support can improve creative climate in educational settings and motivate teachers to bring innovative teaching methods and strategies to their classroom settings.
