An Ad-Hoc network is a collection of distributed nodes, which are spread in a part of the environment with wireless connections. Hierarchical algorithms divide the network into two hierarchies based on bottleneck passages. Routing may let a congestion happens which is detected by congestion control, but dealing with congestion in this reactive manner results in longer delay, unnecessary packet loss and requires significant overhead if a new route is needed. This problem becomes more visible especially in large-scale transmission of heavy traffic, such as multimedia data. In this paper, a suitable cost function is constructed for all links of two nodes data path, which is defined as an optimization problem based on link constraints, node energies, and node traffic. A routing algorithm is provided which has ability to control the rate of data transmission using fuzzy logic. The fuzzy logic is adopted to simplify path calculation. The main aspects of the proposed method are to achieve higher packet delivery ratio, lower routing packets and lower end-to-end delay for MANETs.
