The focus of this paper is to develop a control strategy for stabilizing of a class of Networked Control Systems (NCSs) using finite time control in order to suppress the inherent effects of time-varying network delays as well as data packet dropout. The system considered as a discrete-time stochastic system with varying network-induced delay benefits from Bernoulli distributed white sequence technique to model the packet dropout. The sufficient conditions for finite-time boundedness and stochastic finite time stability by designing the state feedback controller are derived with the help of LMI technique. An example is given to demonstrate the efficiency of the main results.
