Recently biosynthesis of nanometals utilizing plant extracts has opened a new era in fast and nontoxic methods for production of nanoparticles. In this work, the silver nanoparticles (Ag-NPs) were synthesized with green tea and Origanum majorana leaf extracts as reduction agent, respectively. The structure and morphology of Ag-NPs were analysed by PXRD pattern and the nano scale of produced particles were confirmed by SEM images. The size of particles was calculated by Scherer formula. We can synthesized Ag-NPs by facile and fast method using nontoxic media at the room temperature. Some bio-reduction processes to synthesize of silver nanoparticles were studied in this research, too.
