امروزه با توجه به افزايش سريع رقابت و پيچيدگي هاي عصر اطلاعات كشورها نيازمند آموزش مهارت هايي هستند كه بتوانند با علم روز پيشرفت كنند. يكي از اين مهارت هاي مهم و كارا خلاقيت، نوآوري و كارآفريني است كه با استفاده از آن همگان سعي در رشد و توسعه كشور خود را داشته باشند. بنابراين اگر فردي دركشوري از بالاترين حد مهارت برخوردار باشد ولي از مهارت هاي خلاقيت و نوآوري بي بهره باشد هرگز قادر به انجام كاري خلاق و حركت در مسير رشد نخواهد بود. ضرورت خلاقيت در عصر حاضر بخاطر نياز به رشد اقتصادي كشورها، نياز به افزايش بهره وري، ايجاد تكنولوژي هاي جديد، رقابت، بقاء، ايجاد كالا و خدمات، افزايش درآمد، و رفاه اجتماعي ميباشد .كار آفريني فرايندي است كه در آن ايده هاي بديع و مناسب به منظور بهره برداري از فرصتها و منابع موجود شناسائي و پياده سازي ميشوند. معمولاً منشأ تحولات بزرگ در اقتصاد يك كشور، توسعه كارآفريني و وجود افراد خلاق، نوآور و مبتكر در عرصه اقتصادي آن كشور است. بسياري از صاحب نظران معتقدند كه مشكل كشورهاي توسعه نيافته امروز كمبود سرمايه ( اعم از مالي و انساني) نيست، بلكه عدم وجود كارآفريني است. بدون توجه به مقوله ي توسعه و فرهنگ كارآفريني نمي توانيم به شاخص هاي رشد و توسعه دست يابيم.

The need for creativity in the present age is due to the need for economic growth of countries, the need to increase productivity, create new technologies, compete, survive, create goods and services, increase income and social welfare. Entrepreneurship is a process in which innovative and appropriate ideas for taking advantage of existing opportunities and resources are identified and implemented.Certainly the source of the great changes in the economy of an entrepreneurial development country and the presence of creative, creative and innovative people. The economy of the country Many experts believe that the problem of underdeveloped countries today is not the lack of capital (both financial and human), but the lack of entrepreneurship.
