بررسي تاثير هوش تجاري برعملكرد سازمان منطقه آزاد تجاري-صنعتي اروند

The effect of organizational structure on entrepreneurship of Khorramshahr customs

اين مقاله به بررسي و تحليل رابطه بين هوش تجاري و عملكرد سازمان منطقه آزاد تجاري – صنعتي اروند پرداخته است. اين تحقيق از نوع كاربردي بوده و روش انجام آن توصيفي – همبستگي است. مديران و كارمندان منطقه آزاد اروند ميتوانند با بهره گيري از هوش تجاري داده هاي خام را به اطلاعات دقيق و مفيد تجاري و مديريتي تبديل نمايند. امروزه سازمان منطقه آزاد تجاري – صنعتي اروند با توجه به محيط پيچيده و رقابتي، براي بقا و دستيابي به مزيت رقابتي نيازمند هوش تجاري ميباشد تا بتواند نقش ملي و بين الملي خود را به بهترين شكل ممكن ايفا نمايد. هدف از اين تحقيق بررسي تاثير هوش تجاري بر عملكرد سازمان منطقه آزاد تجاري – صنعتي اروند ميباشد. بدين منظور چهار فرضيه فرعي طراحي گرديد كه در آنها چهار بعد هوش تجاري بعنوان متغير مستقل و عملكرد سازمان بعنوان متغير وابسته در نظر گرفته شد. جامعه آماري پژوهش كليه مديران و كارمندان سازمان منطقه آزاد تجاري-صنعتي اروند هستند كه تعداد آنها برابر با 200 نفر ميباشد. طي روش كوكران 122 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماري براي تكميل پرسشنامه انتخاب شدند. ضريب همبستگي پيرسون براي چهار بعد هوش تجاري(كيفيت محتواي اطلاعات، كيفيت دسترسي به اطلاعات، بكارگيري اطلاعات در فرآيند كسب و كار و فرهنگ تصميم گيري تحليلي) و عملكرد سازمان به ترتيب برابر با 098/0 و 135/0 و 300/0 و 325/0 به دست آمد كه در سطح اطمينان 95% تاييد شدند. بنابر اين با افزايش هوش تجاري در سازمان ، عملكرد سازمان منطقه آزاد تجاري- صنعتي اروند بهبود ميابد.

This article investigates the relationship between business intelligence and performance of Arvand Free Trade Industrial Organization. This research is an applied one and its method is descriptive - correlation. Managers and employees of Arvand Free Zone can utilize business intelligence to convert raw data into accurate and useful business and management information. Today, Arvand Free Trade Zone Industrial Organization, due to its complex and competitive environment, needs commercial intelligence in order to survive and gain competitive advantage in order to play its national and international role to the best of its ability. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of business intelligence on the performance of Arvand Free Trade Zone Industrial Organization. For this purpose, four sub-hypotheses were designed in which four dimensions of business intelligence were considered as independent variables and organizational performance as dependent variable. The statistical population of the study consists of all managers and staff of Arvand Free Trade Industrial Zone Organization with 200 employees. Using Cochran method, 122 persons were selected as the statistical sample to complete the questionnaire. Pearson s correlation coefficient for the four dimensions of business intelligence (information content quality, information access quality, business process information and analytical decision culture) and organizational performance were 0.098, 0.155, and 0.300, respectively. 0.325 was obtained which was confirmed at 95% confidence level. Thus, by increasing business intelligence in the organization, the performance of the Arvand Free Trade-Industrial Zone improves.
