In this research, the life cycle of biodiesel production from pomegranate seed oil is evaluated by transesterification method at low temperature and pressure. Inputting energy during the life cycle was calculated based on the model of allocation of mass and economic allocation, respectively, 91,601 and 804,04 megajol/ha, respectively. Output energy (biodiesel) was calculated to be 3489.36 MJ/ha. Energy indices for biodiesel production were calculated, which are: energy efficiency, energy efficiency, net energy and fossil energy ratio, which according to the mass-economic model were 1.34; 0.92 (without unit), 04/0; 03/0 L / MJ, 50/1413; 68/315 (-) megajoules per hectare, and 67/1; 0.93 (without unit). NER, GWP and GHG values ​​for produced biodiesel were (0.8 Mj/Mj, 02.02 kg CO2-eq, 02.0 and 37 gr CO2-e, respectively). The economic indices of biodiesel production are gross value, gross margin, net profit, profit / cost ratio, and productivity of 3.24 million Rials per hectare, 1.2 million Rials per hectare, 1.01 Million Rials per hectare, 1.45 (without unit), and 43.48 L per million Rials were calculated.
