With a continuation of current trend in natural resources degradation, environment health is compromised. Due to limited in access to agricultural lands and water resources, agricultural growth is possible only by resource efficiency increasing with damage minimal to production bed. So applying of nano-fertilizer is an advanced technology for efficiency increasing of resource use and environmental pollution reducing. In this respect, a factorial experiment in a randomized complete block design with 3 replicates was performed in order to study the influences of nano-iron fertilizer on contaminated soil with manganese on some characteristics of soil such as availability of NPK, Fe and organic matter. Meanwhile, the analysis of the data was conducted using the one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and mean comparisons (Duncan test). The results indicated that the simple and interrelationship effect of traits on all characteristics were notable in comparison to the blank treatment. Further, the interrelationship impact of the traits was noticeable in increasing NPK, Fe and OM, where nano-fertilizer reduced the negative impacts of manganese and as a consequence the amount of the elements and OM substantially increased. Overall, the outcome denoted that Nano-fertilizer moderated the negative effects of manganese, hence, it could be utilized for phytoremediation.
