Dialogue is a term associated with the creation of human beings that has been embedded in his nature from the first day. The foundation and genuineness of dialogue with others and oneself have been grounded upon nature and common sense, and in fact, reason-based dialogues is the foundation of the messages of all heaven religions. The distinction between human beings and animals is determined based on the faculty of reasoning and language and this ability is evaluated as individuals’ character and human essence. The ladder of human growth and evolution in the society on the one hand is associated with the integration and cohesion of innate values of human beings, and on the other hand is linked to the social shares and ties. The peaceful coexistence of humans and also the followers of all prophets and infallible Imams have stressed that the peaceful coexistence of humans and also the followers of all religions is one of the most striking feature of the Islamic model societies. Imam Reza (A.S., who has been known as the Scholar of Prophet Mohammad’s Descendants, has introduced criteria for human rationality without which humans cannot reach rational growth and perfection. In this article, we aim to discuss these criteria, which are: • People’s hope of his accompaniment and help • Being protected from his wickedness and annoyance • Magnifying other people’s little efforts • Belittling one’s huge efforts and measures • Not being tired of helping others • Not stopping life-long learning • Preferring inferiority andpoverty with the God to wealth and honor with the enemy of the God • Preferring anonymity to fame and position
