ارزيابي استاندارد PMBOK از منظر مديريت ذينفعان در پروژه معماري (نمونه موردي: پل طبيعت)

PMBOK standard assessment from the stakeholder management\ s point of view in the architectural project (Case Study: Nature Bridge)

مديريت ذينفعان يكي از شاخه هاي مهم استانداردPMBOK مي با شد كه با م سأله مديريت پروژه مرتبط ا ست. در سال هاي اخيربسياري از محققان به اين نتيجه رسيده اند كه موفقيت يك پروژه تنها مربوط به هزينه، زمان و كيفيت نمي شود بلكه مديريت مؤثر و در نظرگرفتن رضايت ذينفعان را نيز در بر مي گيرد. گسترش كاربرد مبحث مديريت ذينفعان به حوزه هاي تحت مطالعه مديريت پروژه،نشانگر اهميت باالي نقش ذينفعان در موفقيت پروژه است. اما با اين وجود، تحقيقات بسيار اندكي در مورد اهميت و اندازه گيري تأثيرذينفعان بر روي اهداف پروژه هاي معماري صورت گرفته است. پل طبيعت در ميان پروژه هاي منظر اجرا شده دوره معا صر در تهران، از جمله پروژه هاي معماري ا ست كه موفقيت آن بيش از پيش در گرو رضايت ذينفعان آن مي باشد. اين پل با خلق يك فضاي شهري جديد و فعال در شهر در جهت ارتقاي كيفيت فضاهاي جمعي قدم بردا شته و همچنين به دليل موقعيت خاص ب ستر طرح، نظرگاهي به شهر تهران ايجاد كرده كه از عوامل جذابيت آن به شمار مي رود . هدف مقاله شناسايي ذينفعان مرتبط با پروژه ،جمع بندي عوامل تأثير گذار بين دو عنصر پل و ذينفعان و نهايتاً از اين مارائه ا ستراتژي مديريتي مناسب در جهت باال بردن ميزان رضايت مردم از پل است. روش تحقيق اين مقاله از نظر هدف كاربردي ، از نظر محتوا كمي و ازنظر شيوه جمع آوري اطالعات به صورت علي مي باشد. در اين راستا عوامل مرتبط با ذينفعان بر ا ساس مطالعات كتابخانه اي ا ستخراجشده و از طريق پرسشنامه و تحليل آماري، اولويت هاي مردم را به عنوان اصلي ترين ذينفعان پروژه مشخص نموده است.

Stakeholder Management is one of the important branches of the PMBOK standard that is relevant to the project management problem. In recent years, many researchers have come to the conclusion that the success of a project is not only about cost, time and quality, but also effective management and stakeholder satisfaction. Extending the application of stakeholder management to the areas covered by project management studies indicates the importance of stakeholder involvement in project success. However, there is little research on the importance and impact of stakeholder engagement on the goals of architectural projects. The Nature Bridge, among the contemporary Tehran-based landscape projects, is one of the architectural projects whose success depends more on the stakeholders satisfaction. This bridge has been created by creating a new urban space in the city to improve the quality of communal spaces and also due to the specific situation of the plot, the view point has been created in Tehran, which is one of the attractions of its attraction. The purpose of this paper is to identify stakeholders involved in the project, to sum up the factors affecting the two elements of the bridge and stakeholders, and ultimately provide an appropriate management strategy to increase the satisfaction of the bridge from the bridge. The research methodology of this paper is, in terms of the purpose of the application, quantitatively and in terms of the method of collecting information as causal. In this regard, the factors related to the stakeholders are extracted from the library studies and identified through the questionnaire and statistical analysis the priorities of the people as the main beneficiaries of the project.
