تحليل فرم ساختماني در شهر اصفهان با رويكرد صرفه جويي در مصرف انرژي

Analysis of construction form in Isfahan city with energy saving approach

مسكن به عنوان ساختاري كالبدي همچنان ذهن انسان را از ابتدا تاكنون به خود مشغول كرده و مي‌توان گفت انسان بيش از هر بناي معماري از ابتدا تا انتهاي زندگي‌اش با آن در ارتباط است. ازآنجايي‌كه مسكن به‌عنوان مهم‌ترين بخش ساختمان‌سازي، بيشترين ميزان مصرف انرژي را در بين ساير بناهاي شهر دارد، بي‌توجهي به مسائل انرژي و پايداري زمينه را براي ارائه تحقيقات در اين مقوله مهيا مي‌كند؛ بنابراين در طراحي ساختمان‌هاي انرژي كارا، اصولي مدنظر است كه هدف تحقيق را دربرمي گيرد و آن شامل بهره‌وري انرژي از طريق طراحي متناسب ساختمان است كه منجر به جلوگيري از اتلاف انرژي و دريافت حداكثر انرژي‌هاي تجديد پذير مي‌شود، همچنين ارائه راهكارهايي جهت كاهش مصرف انرژي را مي‌توان از ديگر اهداف برشمرد. اين پژوهش به لحاظ روش تحقيق، توصيفي – تحليلي هست و روش گردآوري داده‌هاي آن از منابع كتابخانه‌اي است كه پس از مطالعات انجام‌شده بر روي مباني و بررسي اقليم سايت موردنظر به بررسي فرم كلي مناسب پرداخته شد و سپس با قرار گرفتن فرم در سايت و تحليل آن با استفاده از نرم‌افزار ديزاين بيلدر ميزان مصرف انرژي بنا محاسبه شد. براي دست‌يابي به بهترين ميزان تعداد طبقات و جهت‌گيري مناسب، فرم در نرم‌افزار انرژي مدل شد و توسط نرم‌افزار موردبررسي و تحليل قرار گرفت. حاصل اين پژوهش آن شد كه مي‌توان مجموعه‌اي مسكوني در اقليم اصفهان بر اساس اصول اقليمي طراحي كرد.

Housing as a physical structure continues to occupy the human mind from the beginning and it can be said that human more than any architectural monument from the beginning to the end of his life is connected with it. Since housing as an important part of building, it has the maximum amount of energy consumption among other buildings in the city, neglecting issues of energy and sustainability provides the conditions; for research in this category, therefore, designing energy efficient buildings, principles are include the research purpose and it includes energy efficiency through the design of the building That leads to the prevens of energy waste and getting the most renewable energy, also, provide solutions to reduce energy consumption can be countrd from other goals. This research is descriptive-analytic in terms of research method and the method of collecting the data is library of sources that after studies done on the basics and review the site s climate , general form was reviewed and then by placing the form on the site and it’s analysis using the Design Builder software the energy consumption of the building has been calculated. To achieve the best number of floors and appropritate orientation, the form was modeled in energy software and analyzed by software the result of this research was that it can be design residential complex in the climate of Isfahan based on climatic principles.
