بررسي تحليلي تلفيق سيستم اطلاعات مكاني (GIS) و مدل‌سازي اطلاعات ساختمان(BIM)

Critical Review of Integration of Geo-Spatial Information System (GIS) and Building Information Modeling (BIM)

با گسترش علوم و فناوريهاي مرتبط با شهر هوشمند همچون مدل اطلاعات ساختمان(BIM) و سيستم هاي اطلاعات مكاني(GIS) كه براي مديريت اطلاعات شهري حياتي هستند، معمولاً به صورت مجزا استفاده مي‌شوند. تلفيق اين دو فناوري مسير جديدي است كه هنوز در اول راه است كه براي مديريت و حل مسائل شهري راهكارهايي براي ارائه دارد؛ از اين رو شناخت و تحليل اين دو فناوري در حوزه تلفيق ضروري است. مدل هاي اطلاعات ساختمان و سيستم هاي اطلاعات مكاني براي اهداف مختلف روي بسترهاي مختلف طراحي مي‌شوند. با تلفيق GIS و ساير سامانه هاي مديريتي، مانند BIM كارآيي سيستم ها به نحو مطلوبي افزايش مي‌يابد. با مطالعه منابع موجود و تحقيقات انجام شده در اين حوزه اين نتيجه به دست آمده است كه BIM با ارائه اطلاعات دقيق هندسي و توصيفي ساختمان ها و GIS با فرآهم آوردن امكان تجزيه و تحليل، تجميع، مدل‌سازي و مديريت داده هاي مكاني و تعامل پذيري اطلاعات ساختمان با محيط پيرامونش مكمل يكديگر مي‌باشند. براي درك اهميت تلفيق GIS و BIM، مفاهيم اين دو حوزه معرفي شده و اهم تحقيقات انجام شده در اين حوزه تشريح و تحليل شده اند.

With the development of smart city related technologies, such as building information modeling and Geospatial information systems that are vital for urban information management, these are usually used separately. Although GIS has a longer history than BIM, both of them are new technologies in urban and building management. The integration is a new route that is still at its infancy and has some solutions for managing and solving urban problems. Therefore, exploring these technologies and evaluating the results of previous work in this topic are necessary. Building information models and geospatial information systems are designed for different purposes on different platforms. Given that the integration of GIS with management systems such as BIM, improves system performance for urban management. It is concluded that BIM can complement GIS by providing accurate geometric and thematic information about the buildings, and GIS can be complementary to the BIM to allow the analysis, integration, modeling and management of spatial data and the interoperability of buildings with their surrounding environment. To understand the integration of BIM and GIS, the concepts of these two domains have been introduced in this research and the important researches are done in this field is described and analyzed.
