انسان در فضايي رنگين قرار دارد و نيرويي قوي و پيوسته كه بر روح انسان تأثيرات مثبت و منفي باقي مي گذارد. استفاده از رنگ عامل مهم افزايش يا كاهش ميزان كارايي كتابخانه ها است. رنگ ها مي توانند بر روي احساسات انسان ها تأثير بگذارند. استفاده از كتابخانه در سال هاي اخير به دلايل متعددي كاهش يافته است. يكي از اين دلايل فضاي داخلي كتابخانه ها مي باشد، كه ممكن است، حس انگيزه و نشاط لازم را در انسان نداشته باشد. با استفاده از رنگ هاي مناسب در طراحي داخلي كتابخانه مي توان حس پويايي و انگيزه و آرامش را دراين مكان به وجود آورد .در اين مقاله با روش كاربردي به شناخت انواع رنگ، تأثيرات روانشناختي رنگ ها و استفاده كارآمد از آنها در فضاهاي داخلي كتابخانه پرداخته شده است و با ارائه رنگ هاي پيشنهادي براي فضا هاي مختلف كتابخانه به اين نتيجه رسيده است،كه استفاده از رنگ هاي، روشن و آرامش بخش و درعين حال نشاط آور كه به آنها اشاره شده است مي تواند، تأثير به سزايي در افزايش عملكرد كتابخانه داشته باشد.

The use of the library in recent years has been reduced for several reasons. One of these reasons is the interiors of libraries, which may not have the sense of motivation and vitality necessary for human beings. By using the appropriate colors in the interior design of the library, you can create a sense of dynamism, motivation and relaxation in this place. In this paper, using an applied method, we have been able to recognize the color types, the psychological effects of colors and their efficient use in the interior of the library. And by providing the suggested colors for the library is various spaces, it has come to the conclusion that using colors that are bright and relaxing and, at the same time, the appetite referred to can greatly enhance the library is performance
