بررسي مصالح نوين ساختماني ديوار خشك (Drywall) در سازه هاي مدرن با رويكرد كاهش هزينه ساخت و مقاوم سازي در برابر زلزله

كشور ايران، يكي از كشورهايي است كه زلزله هاي بزرگ و ويرانگري را در كارنامه خود دارد. جهت مقابله با اين پديده ي طبيعي راهكارهاي متعددي من جمله سبك سازي ساختمان ها پيشنهاد شده است. استفاده از اجزاي غير سازه اي سنگين و صلب باعث افزايش نيروهاي وارده از جانب زلزله گرديده و تاثير منفي بر رفتار لرزه اي ساختمان ها دارد، به طوري كه اين آثار مي توانند موجب نابودي كامل ساختمان ها شوند.در ايران نيز ، استفاده از مصالح و ساختار هاي سبك و انعطاف پذير به عنوان يكي از راهكار هاي موثر در ساخت بناهاي ايمن در مقابل زلزله در دستور كار قرار گرفت. يكي از ساختارهاي مناسب جهت نيل به اين هدف استفاده از سيستم هاي ساخت و ساز خشك (Drywall Systems) مي باشد. مزايايي چون سهولت ، سرعت ، دقت بالا در اجرا ، ايمني در برابر زلزله ، كاهش هزينه هاي سازه با توجه به كاهش بار مرده ساختمان ، تعمير و نگه داري آسان و… موجب شده است كه امروزه سيستم هاي ساخت و ساز خشك به عنوان جايگزين روشهاي منسوخ سنتي در صنعت ساختمان، مورد استفاده قرار گيرد.ذكر اين نكته نيز لازم است كه امروزه با افزايش جمعيت انبوه سازي و ساخت و سازهاي با ارتفاع زياد رو به پيشرفت است. از اينرو مهندسين عمران مجبور هستند كه نگاه دقيق تر به اجرا و بهينه سازي آن داشته باشند. سيستم جديدي كه براي بهينه سازي اجرا و مسائل اقتصادي آن در كشور هاي اروپايي و بعضا” در موارد خاص در كشور ايران استفاده شده، ديوار هاي سبك (Drywall )است.
