مجتمع مسكوني به عنوان پيچيده ترين و اساسي ترين عملكرد در عرصه معماري قرن بيستم به حساب آمده و ميتوانند تاثيرات بسياري بر رفتار ساكنين و روابط آنها در پي داشته باشداز آنهايي كه وقت اعظم خانواده و زندگي آنها در مكان است كه در آن سكونت دارند پس فراهم آوردن رضايت ساكنان شود باعث رشد شخصيت افراد لحاظ فيزيكي رواني و اجتماعي ميشود و باعث تسلي خاطر افراد و آرامش آنها در حين زندگي و فعاليت ها روزمره است ارايه راهكار هاي طراحي يك مجتمع مسكوني مطلوب با تكيه بر راهكارهاي پژوهش هاي پيشين و نمونه هاي موفق ميتواندگام موثري در ارتقاي دانش طراحان براي ايجاد حس رضايت مندي طراحي شده بودند با بازخواني منازل شهرك هاي نفتي ابتدا راهكارهايي براي طراحي ارايه مي دهد اين راهكارها در زمينه شرايط كالبدي امكانات و تسهيلات دسترسي امنيت روشناسي و نهويه ديد و منظر تعاملات اجتماعي روابط همسايگي محيط زيست و در نهابت انتخاب سايت مناسب هست در نهايت با استفاده از راهكارها يه طراحي الگويي براي مجتمع مسكوني ميپردازد تحقيق حاضر به صورت كمي به معرفي مفاهيم اشاره شده و تاثير آنها بر پايداري و هويت بخشي به محله هاي شركت نفتي پرداخته و سعي در فهم هرچه دقيق تر مفاهيم اشاره شده دارد و در صدد توسعه دانش طراحي و برنامه ريزي در جهت ارتقاي روابط شهروندي است همچنين با شيوه استدلالي به منابع معتبر كتابخانه اي اسنادي نيز ارجاع شده است

Residential complex is considered to be the most complex and fundamental activity in the 20th century architecture and can have many effects on the behavior of the residents and their relationships such as those of the great majority of their family living in the place where they live so providing satisfaction of the residents will increase the personality of the people physically psychologically and socially and activities providing solutions for designing desirable residential complex based on previous research and successful examples can be an effective step in improving the designer knowledge to create a sense of satisfaction by reviewing the houses of the oil settlements firstly they will come up with solutions for designing these solutions in the context of physical conditions facilities and facilities for access to security and environmental conditioning the view of the social interaction of environmental neighborliness and finally the choice of appropriate site finally using a solution design a model for residential complex the present research quantitatively introduces the mentioned concepts and their impact on the sustainability and identity of the oil company s neighborhoods and seeks to understand more precisely the above mentioned concepts and seeks to develop knowledge of design and planning to promote the relationship of citizenship also referenced to authoritative library resources by reason of reasoning
