روند سريع تغييرات ناشي از پيشرفت علم و تكنولوژي توأم با رشد جمعيت،منجر به ايجاد نيازهاي متعدد و متنوع در جوامع امروزي گرديده است،بروز نيازهاي جديد،پروژه هاي ساخت را متحول نموده،به گونه اي كه پروژه هاي ساختماني روز به روز پيچيده تر و پيشرفته تر ميگردند،تحول و پيچيدگي در تمامي مراحل،از امكان سنجي تا طراحي و ساخت را در برگرفته است.توسعه شهرها و تراكم فضاهاي شهري، ساخت بناهاي بلند را به يك ضرورت گريزناپذير تبديل نموده است، طراحان و سازندگان پروژه ها، پيوسته در حال به روز رساني و افزايش دانش و اطلاعات خود بوده تا از طريق دستاوردهاي علمي نوين و درس آموخته هاي پروژه هاي موفق،توانايي خود را در مديريت هزينه،زمان و كيفيت پروژه ها بهبود بخشيده و دست ساخته هاي خود را با نيازهاي جامعه مطابقت دهند،در اين مقاله در راستاي كمك به مديريت بهتر پروژه هاي بلند مرتبه سازي و گذر از مرحله ديدگاه هاي سنتي ساخت، به بررسي و تبيين تجهيز و برچيدن كارگاه به عنوان يكي از مباحث مطرح در اجراي پروژه ها پرداخته شده است، موارد تأثيرگذار در طراحي و اجراي تجهيز و برچيدن كارگاه، به همراه ضرورت اجراي يك تجهيز مناسب ذكر گرديده و به استناد منابع علمي،اثر طراحي بهينه تجهيز كارگاه در جلوگيري از اتلاف منابع در اختيار پروژه و تسهيل هدايت پروژه مورد بررسي قرارگرفته است،در نهايت تلاش شده است كه؛با معرفي معيارهاي طراحي،تجهيزات وابزارآلات ويژه بلند مرتبه سازي،الگوريتمهاي رياضي، نرم افزارهاي محاسباتي وگرافيكي در مرحله طراحي و چيدمان تسهيلات كارگاهي ،راهكارهاي علمي نوين،در مرحله اجراي تجهيز و برچيدن كارگاه صحيح،به منظوركاهش زمان و هزينه هاي دوره اجرا و افزايش ايمني و بهداشت،به ويژه ساختمانهاي بلند مرتبه در دسترس سازندگان قرار داده شود.
