Understanding the principles and concepts of passive defense in architecture

پدافند غيرعامل عبارت است از به كارگيري هرگونه ابزار، شرايط و موقعيت‌ها به صورتي كه خود‌به‌خود و بدون نياز به عامل انساني، با مراحل گوناگون حمله‌هاي دشمن مقابله كند. وجه تمايز اين نوع از پدافند با پدافند عامل، «عامل انسان» است. به اين معنا كه پدافند غيرعامل مجموعه اقداماتي است كه در آن نياز به دخالت مستقيم انسان و جنگ افزار نبوده و در واقع صلح آميزترين و معقول ترين روش دفاعي است كه كاهش خسارات مالي به تجهيزات و تأسيسات حياتي و حساس نظامي و غيرنظامي و تلفات انساني را به دنبال دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناخت اصول و مفاهيم پدافند غيرعامل و بكارگيري آن در عرصه‌ي معماري تدوين شده است. داده‌هاي پژوهش به شيوه‌ي اسنادي گردآوري شده و مواردي همچون اصول بنيادين پدافند غيرعامل و چرخه فرآيند پدافند غيرعامل در معماري ( دارايي‌شناسي، تهديدشناسي و...) مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد پدافند غيرعامل در معماري شامل اقداماتي نظير مكانيابي، استتار، اختفا، فريب و... بوده و عمده‌ي تمركز آن بر اين است كه بدون استفاده از تجهيزات نظامي و سلاح‌هاي گرم و تنها به كمك طراحي ساختمان و مشخصات فضاهاي آن در دو بعد شكل و فرم و همچنين عملكرد آن، آسيب‌هاي ناشي از جنگ را محدود نموده و از قابليت‌هاي طراحي به منظور تامين امنيت جان شهروندان و به حداقل رساندن آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي، اقتصادي، سياسي و ... استفاده نمايد.

Looking for The present study aims to identify the principles and concepts of passive defense and its application in the field of architecture.The research data are collected in a documentary manner and items such as the basic principles of inactive defense and the process of passive defense in the architecture (oneness, threatening, etc.) have been investigated. The results show that passive defense in architecture involves actions such as locating, camouflage, capture, deception and ... and the main focus is that without using military equipment and firearms, only by designing buildings and specifying its spaces in two Then, shape and form, as well as its function, limit the damage caused by the war and use the design capabilities to ensure the safety of the lives of the citizens and minimize the social, economic, political, and ... damages.
