مطالعه ساختمان هاي اداري با رويكرد معماري سبز و تاثير آن در صيانت از محيط زيست به منظور افزايش راندمان كاري

Study of office buildings with the green architecture approach and its impact on environmental protection in order to increase the efficiency of work

در دنياي امروزه بخش عظيمي از بناهاي هر شهر را ادارات و سازمان ها تشكيل مي دهند كه با توجه به نيازهاي بشري روند گسترش آنها رو به افزايش است. اين امر خود موجب در معرض خطر قرار گرفتن محيط زيست و همچنين مصرف بيشتر منابع مي گردد. معماري سبز كه از شاخه هاي معماري پايدار مي باشد در اصول و مباني خود مواردي همچون كار با اقليم، استفاده كمتر از منابع و سوخت هاي فسيلي و جايگزيني آن با انرژي هاي پاك و غيره را دارد. همچنين به دليل مسائل روانشاختي معماري سبز تاثير مسقيم و مثبت در روحيه افراد و كاربران بنا را دارد. در اين پژوهش سعي بر آن شده كه به بررسي اصول و مباني معماري سبز و توصيف آن، به كاربرد اين شاخه از معماري در طراحي ساختمان ادارات و نقش آن در حفظ محيط زيست و همچنين تاثير در روحيه كاركنان و افزايش راندمان كاري آنان بپردازيم

In today world, a large part of the buildings in each city are departments and organizations that are expanding according to human needs. This will endanger the environment and consume more resources. Green architecture, which is one of the most promising architectures in the world, is based on the principles of working with the climate, the less use of fossil fuels and its replacement with clean energies, and so on. Also due to the psychological problems of green architecture, there is a positive and direct impact on the morale of the people and users of the building. In this research, we have tried to study the principles and principles of green architecture and its description, the application of this branch of architecture in the design of office buildings and its role in protecting the environment, as well as affecting the morale of employees and increasing their work efficiency.
