توجه به فرهنگ و هنر در هر جامعه و كشوري مخصوصا كشورهايي با فرهنگ و تمدن غني ، به عنوان يك مستلزم قرار گرفته است. مجموعه ي فرهنگي نشان دهنده فرهنگ يك كشور در دوره هاي مختلف در تمام زمينه هاي هنري، عقديتي، فرهنگي و... است. شهر اروميه در شمال غرب كشور از دير باز به عنوان يك شهر مواصلاتي بين غرب و شرق در كنار تبريز و همچنين به دليل قرار گيري در فرهنگ، تورك كرد و عرب و آشوري همواره داراي فرهنگ غني در تمام ادوار تاريخي بوده است. بدين جهت شهر اروميه نياز مند يك فضاي فرهنگي است كه بتواند در تمام زمينه هاي هنري و فرهنگي به فعاليت بپردازد. امروز مقوله پايداري به عنوان عضو جدا نشدني معماري در تمام زمينه هاي اجتماعي ، اقتصادي، زيست محيطي و فرهنگي حضور دارد. پايداري فرهنگي در صدد احيا، بازسازي و آموزش و حفظ براي آينده گان، نقش ويژه اي براي فرهنگ يه جامعه دارد. از اين رو پژوهش پيش رو با توجه به اهميت فرهنگسرا در جامعه و شهر بخصوص در شهر تاريخي و فرهنگي اروميه به نقش و برسي و همچنين اهميت پايداري فرهنگي در فرهنگسرا شهر اروميه ميپردازد و با رائه راهكارهايي در جهت شناخت بهتر فرهنگ و هنر شهر اروميه و حفظ اين فرهنگها و انتقال به آينده گان ميپردازد

Consideration of culture and art in every society and country, especially countries with rich culture and civilization, is required. The cultural collection represents the culture of a country in different periods in all artistic, artistic, cultural and other fields. The city of Urmia in the northwest of the country has long since been used as a connecting city between the west and the east alongside Tabriz, and also due to its cultural presence, and the Arab and Assyrian provinces have always had a rich culture throughout all historical periods. For this reason, the city of Urmia needs a cultural space that can operate in all artistic and cultural fields. Today, sustainability is an integral part of architecture in all social, economic, environmental and cultural spheres. Cultural sustainability aims at restoring, rebuilding and educating and preserving for the future, a special role for the culture of a society. Therefore, due to the importance of culture in Urmia, the present study addresses the role and importance of cultural perspectives in the cultural and cultural city of urmia, especially in the cultural and historical city of Urmia, and also provides guidance on how to better understand the culture and art of the city of Urmia and Maintaining these cultures and moving to the future.
