نقش وجايگاه فضاي مياني در مجتمع هاي مسكوني معاصر

The role and position of intermediate space in contemporary residential complexes

امروزه با توجه به رشد بي رويه شهر نشيني و به دنبال آن توليد انبوه مسكن، موارد با اهميتي چون ارتباط بيرون و درون در محيط هاي مسكوني معاصر مورد غفلت و بي توجهي قرار گرفته است كه در اين رابطه، مفهوم فضاي مياني در ارتباط با مفاهيم درون و بيرون معنا مي يابد. از اين رو شناخت مفهوم فضاي مياني (بينابيني)، نقش و جايگاه آن در بهبود كيفيت محيط هاي مسكوني معاصر ضرورت پرداختن به اين پژوهش خواهد بود. هدف اصلي اين پژوهش شناخت عوامل موثر بر ارتباط درون و بيرون (خصوصي- عمومي)و در نهايت تعيين نقش وجايگاه فضاي مياني(نيمه خصوصي- نيمه عمومي) در بهبود كيفيت در مجتمع هاي مسكوني معاصر است. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان مي دهد كالبد، كاركرد و معنا عوامل موثر بر ارتباط درون و بيرون است و لذا اهميت به جايگاه فضاي مياني به عنوان حلقه اتصال اين دو فضا نقشي تاثيرگذار در بهبود كيفيت و خلق يك محيط اجتماعي ايده آل در مجتمع هاي مسكوني معاصر داشته و رضايت مندي ساكنان را در پي خواهد داشت، كه اين خود زمينه ساز احراز هويت و افزايش حس تعلق به محيط و ديگر كاركردهاي مربوط به آن خواهد بود. كه در نهايت نقش و جايگاه فضاي مياني به طور مشخص در هر يك از اين عوامل (كالبد، كاركرد، معنا) در مجتمع هاي مسكوني در قالب جدول ارائه مي گردد. روش پژوهش در اين مقاله توصيفي- تحليلي بوده و روش گردآوري اطلاعات به صورت كتابخانه اي و اسنادي است.

Given the irregular growth of urbanization followed by mass-produced housing, today important issues such as the relationship of outside and inside has been ignored and neglected in contemporary residential environments, where the concept of intermediate space takes on a meaning versus the concepts of inside and outside. Therefore, the necessity of this research is revealed by the detection of concept of intermediate (in-between) space and its role and position in improving the quality of contemporary residential environments. This study is mainly aimed to recognize the major factors in the relationship of inside and outside (private/public) and determine the role and position of intermediate space (semi-private/semi-public) in improving the quality of contemporary residential complexes. The research findings demonstrate that the physical body, function and meaning are the effective factors in the relationship of inside and outside; hence attention to the position of intermediate space as a link between both spaces plays an influential role in improving the quality and creating an ideal social environment in contemporary residential complexes and leads to the residents’ satisfaction, which provides a basis for finding the identity, promoting the sense of belonging to an environment and other relevant functions. Eventually, the role and position of intermediate space in residential complexes is specifically represented for each factor (physical body, function and meaning) within a table. In this article, a descriptive-analytic research method is employed and the information is collected through library and documentary research.
