Ranking passenger carriages

One of the key purposes of ranking passenger trains is clarifying passenger costs that results in complete, account understanding of different levels of services offered by different railway companies and this will lead to increase customer satisfaction in this article. the ranking plan of passenger carriages railway fleet, passenger carriages with lo general criteria containing some – criteria that are obligatory in some classes and optional in some other classes and each carriage must acquire at least one paint in each criterion to be classified in each class, for two carriages types (saloon coach and sleeping carriage) in IRI passenger trains network is implemented sleeping carriages are classified in two types, 4 beds couchettes in 2 or 3 – stars classes.    A research has been done using desk study and field study methods. The result of this research has been classified in the plan of field study ranking, including meeting experts of public and private sectors from Iran or other countries and desk study of used criteria in two groups of obligatory and credit.
