A meshfree collocation method for the numerical solution of the linearized Poisson-Boltzmann equation with closed interface

در سال‌هاي اخير، تلاش‌هاي گسترده‌اي به منظور يافتن روش‌هاي عددي كارا براي حل مسايل مرز مشترك انجام شده است. در اين مقاله يك روش هم‌مكاني بدون شبكه بر پايه تقريب كمترين مربعات متحرك را براي معادله پواسن-بولتزمن خطي‌شده با مرز مشترك بسته بررسي مي‌كنيم. به‌منظور ساخت توابع شكل ناپيوسته مناسب در اطراف مرز مشترك، تكنيك معيار ديد انتخاب شده است

In recent years, there have been extensive efforts to find the efficient numerical methods for solving problems with interface. In this paper, we study a meshfree collocation method based on the moving least squares approximation for the linearized Poisson-Boltzmann equation with closed interface. To introduce the appropriate discontinuous shape functions in the vicinity of interface, the visibility criterion technique is chosen.
