بررسي تاثير هوش معنوي بر عملكرد كارمندان با دخالت متغير ميانجي هوش هيجاني در سازمان شهرداري شيروان

Investigating the Effect of Spiritual Intelligence on Employees Performance by Interfering Variables of Emotional Intelligence in Shirvan Municipality

دراين پژوهش تاثير هوش معنوي بر عملكرد كارمندان با دخالت متغير ميانجي هوش هيجاني در سازمان شهرداري شيروان مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. با توجه به حجم جامعه 80 پرسشنامه در ميان كارمندان شهرداري توزيع و جمع آوري شده و داده ها با بهره گيري از نرم افزارهاي SPSS تجزيه و تحليل شدند. نتايج حاصل از اين پژوهش بيانگر آن بود كه هوش معنوي و هوش هيجاني به صورت مثبت و معني داري بر عملكرد كارمندان شهرداري موثر مي باشد. همچنين نتايج گوياي آن بود كه هوش هيجاني بر رابطه ميان هوش معنوي و عملكرد كارمندان موثر بوده و اين رابطه را تسهيل نموده است.. اين مهم گوياي اين واقعيت است كه دستيابي به عملكرد سازماني بالا كه خود زمينه ساز سازماني موفق است نه تنها نيازمند هوش معنوي بالا بوده بلكه نيازمند برخورداري از هوش هيجاني بالا نيز مي باشد.

In this research, the effect of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees with the interference of the intermediate variable of emotional intelligence in the municipal organization of Shirvan was studied. According to the size of the community, 80 questionnaires were distributed among the employees of the municipality and analyzed using SPSS software. The results of this research show that spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on the performance of municipal employees. The results also indicated that emotional intelligence was effective in facilitating the relationship between spiritual intelligence and employee performance. This implies the fact that achieving high organizational performance, which is a successful organizational foundation, not only requires intelligence Spirituality is high but also requires high emotional intelligence.
