بررسي تاثير مهندسي مجدد فرايند و مديريت كيفيت جامع بر ارزش فناوري ارتباطات در مشاغل كامپيوتري با استفاده از روش تحليل عاملي تاييدي

Investigating the effect of process reengineering and comprehensive quality management on the value of communication technology in computer businesses using a exploratory factor analysis method

امروزه استفاده از تكنولوژي اطلاعات به صورت گسترده در بخش كسب و كار موجب گرديده تا كسب و كار هاي الكترونيك با توسعه بالايي رو به رو شوند. هدف اصلي اين تحقيق بررسي ارتباط بين ميانجي مهندسي مجدد فرايند و مديريت كيفيت جامع بر ارزش تكنولوژي ارتباطات كسب و كار بوده است. ابزار تحقيق پرسشنامه بوده است كه روايي آن از طريق روايي سازه و پايايي آن با استفاده از ضريب آلفا كرونباخ تاييد شده است. در اين تحقيق تعداد نود و شش مدير و كارشناس در حوزه خدمات كامپيوتري مورد تحليل قرار گرفته است. در اين تحقيق از آزمون تحليل مسير به منظور تحليل اطلاعات استفاده شده است. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه ارتباط معني داري بين مديريت كيفيت جامع و مهندسي مجدد فرآيند با ارزش تكنولوژي وجود دارد. همچنين ارتباط معني داري بين مديريت كيفيت جامع و مهندسي مجدد فرآيند شناسايي شده است.

Today, the use of information technology has become widespread in the business sector and has led to the development of high-end e-business.The main objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between the process reengineering and comprehensive quality management on the value of business communication technology.The research tool was a questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by structural validity and its reliability using the Cronbachs alpha coefficient.In this research, navadoshes managers and experts in the field of computer services have been analyzed.In this research, the path analysis has been used to analyze the information.The results of the research showed that there is a meaningful relationship between comprehensive quality management and reengineering process with technology value. There is also a significant relationship between total quality management and process reengineering.
