Evaluation and Ranking the Factors for the Success of Bank Sina branches, considering Factorial Analysis (A typical study on bank branches over Ardebil and East Azerbaijan districts)

The general purpose of present research is mainly evaluation and ranking the factors effective on the success of Bank Sina branches and presenting a typical model realizing the factorial analysis for the banks in Ardebil and East Azerbaijan districts. Initially 46 factors were identified through studying several books, articles and previous researches. In this case, 66 people including managers, deputies and crediting authorities from Sina Bank branches were chosen through a census selection.Collecting the related information and data had been done through some especial questionnaireswhich after evaluation andgaining assurance of its accuracy and stability, were used by the related participants. In order to analyze the collected data, some descriptive and illative statistics methods were applied through a typical grouping method (“t”), for presenting the related model, aconfirmed Factorial – Exploration Process was used. For giving priority to the efficient factors effective onsuccess of Sina Bank branches, the FREEDMAN TEST was used by means of SPss and Lisrelsoftwares. Findings and results indicate thattheattainment of Sina Bank branches over Ardebil and East Azerbaijan districts is more than an average amount.Meanwhile according to findings about the stability of scale and confirmedFactorial – Exploration Process among the forty six initially identified factors effective on success of the Sina Bank branches over above mentioned districts, some thirty seven factors within seven groups that consisted of the managing, staff(personnel), capital, branch facilities, customers situation, branch location, technical factorswere identified and classified. According to FREEDMAN TEST results, among management factors, presenting modern banking services, staff factors, customer interaction factor, capital, collecting sums due, branch facilities, branch well-arrangement factor, customer conditions, bank reliability factor, banks location, competitors, technical issues, I.T management factors have got the most effects on success of Sina Bank branches over Ardebil and East Azerbaijan districts.
