Knowledge Management Assessment : Analytical study of the components of organizational intelligence and knowledge literature in the university

پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر ماهيت توصيفي و تبييني و از نظر روش تحليلي است و به ارزيابي ادبيات مفهومي در مديريت دانش با تكيه بر چرخه مديريت دانش و مدل و مؤلفه‌هاي هوش سازماني با توجه به ماهيت، مؤلفه‌ها، ويژگي‌ها، رويكردها، طبقه‌بندي، انواع گونه‌ها، مراحل و مدل‌ها مي‌پردازد. براي رسيدن به هدف از روش تحليل محتواي مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي و مرور ادبيات موضوع استفاده مي‌نمايد و مطالعه دانشگاه در ايران را مدنظر دارد. پژوهش با تحليل مفاهيم به ارزيابي سرمايه معنوي و رويكرد كيفي در ارزيابي مديريت دانش اشاره مي‌نمايد و از مدل آلبرخت بهره مي‌گيرد

The research is practical in terms of purpose, descriptive and explanatory in nature, In terms of methodology analytical, and evaluates the conceptual literature in knowledge management based on the knowledge management cycle and model and the organizational intelligence components according to the nature, components, characteristics, approaches, classification, types of species, stages and models. To achieve the goal, it uses the method of analyzing the content of library studies and reviewing literature is used and studies the university in Iran. The research with analysis of concepts evaluates the spiritual capital and qualitative approach in assessing the knowledge management refers to the use of the Albrecht model.
